Requirements:
Male and female candidates can apply, minimum 1 year of experience in Travel Sales, Holiday Packages, or Customer Service, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong sales and customer handling abilities, and a passion for the travel industry
Responsibilities:
Assist customers in selecting suitable holiday packages, prepare customized travel itineraries and quotations, handle holiday package bookings and travel-related queries, build and maintain strong customer relationships, follow up on leads and convert inquiries into bookings, coordinate with travel partners and vendors, ensure excellent customer service throughout the booking process, and achieve monthly sales targets.
