Requirements:
Male candidates only, 4+ years of relevant experience, IT company experience is mandatory, strong knowledge of accounting and financial management, statutory compliance, budgeting and reporting, proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel, and excellent analytical and leadership skills.
Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day finance and accounting operations, prepare financial statements and MIS reports, manage budgeting and cash flow, monitor receivables and payables, ensure GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance, coordinate with auditors and financial institutions, analyze financial performance, implement effective financial controls, supervise the finance team, and provide financial insights to management.
