Requirements:
Male and female candidates can apply, 3–8 years of experience as a Site Quantity Survey Engineer, B.E./B.Tech/Diploma/ITI in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering is mandatory, strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, quantity take-offs, billing, rate analysis, and contract documentation, with excellent analytical and communication skills
Responsibilities:
Prepare and verify BOQs and quantity take-offs, manage client and subcontractor billing, monitor project costs and budgets, prepare rate analyses and cost estimates, coordinate with site, procurement, and project teams, maintain quantity surveying documentation, support contract administration, and ensure accurate cost control throughout project execution.
