Requirements:
Male and female candidates can apply, prior experience in student counselling, academic advising, or educational consultancy is preferred, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong counselling abilities, and a student-focused approach
Responsibilities:
Provide academic and career counselling to prospective students, assess student profiles and recommend suitable courses or programs, handle walk-ins, calls, and online inquiries, follow up with prospective students, guide students through the admission process, maintain accurate student records, coordinate with internal departments, and ensure an excellent student experience from enquiry to enrollment.
