Respond to customer inquiries through calls, chats, and social media platforms, handle e-commerce order-related queries, resolve customer complaints promptly, maintain accurate customer records, coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution, ensure high customer satisfaction, and support the smooth day-to-day operations of online customer service.
