Requirements:
Female candidates only, 1–2 years of experience in telecalling or telesales, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, good customer-handling abilities, basic computer knowledge, and a target-oriented approach.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers, explain products and services, generate and qualify leads, follow up with potential customers, maintain customer records, handle customer queries professionally, coordinate with the sales team, and achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
