Responsibilities and expectations
Requirements:
Male candidates only, 2–3 years of experience as a Site Supervisor or in a similar role, must own a two-wheeler, should be willing to travel and work out of station when required, good knowledge of site execution and construction practices, strong communication and leadership skills.
Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day site activities, monitor project progress and workforce, ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications, coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project teams, maintain quality and safety standards, prepare daily site reports, resolve on-site issues, and ensure timely completion of assigned projects.
