Responsibilities and expectations
Requirements:
Male candidates only, 2–6 years of experience in civil construction or project management, B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering is preferred, strong knowledge of project planning, site execution, and construction management, with excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities:
Plan and manage civil construction projects from initiation to completion, supervise site engineers and contractors, monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation, ensure work is executed according to drawings and specifications, maintain quality and safety standards, coordinate with clients, consultants, and vendors, prepare project progress reports, resolve site-related issues, and ensure the successful delivery of projects within the planned timeline.
