Requirements:
Male candidates with 1 year of relevant experience, good communication and customer- handling skill, basic knowledge of vehicle service and maintenance, strong follow-up skills, and customer-focused approach.
Responsibilities:
Handle customer service enquiries, understand service requirements, prepare service estimates, coordinate with technicians, update customer on service progress, follow-up on pending services, maintain service records, handle customer concerns, and support service and sales targets.
