Requirements:
Male and female candidates can apply, 1–2 years of experience in team handling or a similar role, EdTech experience is preferred, strong leadership and communication skills, ability to motivate and manage team performance, and a target-oriented approach.
Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise the team, assign and monitor daily tasks, track individual and team performance, conduct regular follow-ups and team meetings, support team members in achieving targets, identify performance gaps and provide guidance, prepare performance reports, coordinate with management, and ensure smooth and efficient team operations.
